Yield: 2 sandwiches
1 | can | (6 ounce) solid white tuna, drained | |

1 | teaspoon | olive oil | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | cottage cheese | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | mayonnaise | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | onion, finely chopped | |
|
|||
1 | stalk | celery, finely chopped | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | capers, drained | |
|
|||
juice from half a lemon | |||
|
|||
1/8 | teaspoon | dill | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | fresh parsley, finely chopped | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | Dijon mustard | |
|
|||
4 | slices | multigrain Bread, lightly toasted | |
|
Combine all ingredients together. Spread on two slices of toasted bread. Top with remaining toasted bread, cut each sandwich in half and serve.
