1 | lb. | boneless beef sirloin steak | |

2 | tablespoons | vegetable oil, divided | |

1 | medium green pepper, cut into strips | ||

|||
1 | medium onion, sliced | ||
|
|||
1 | can | (10.75 oz.) Campbell's condensed Tomato Soup, undiluted | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | orange juice | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | soy sauce | |
|
|||
1 | tablespoon | vinegar | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
|
|||
4 | cups | cooked rice | |
|
Slice beef into very thin strips. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet. Add beef and stir fry until browned. Push to one side of skillet. Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add pepper and onion and cook until tender. Stir in soup, orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic. Heat through.
