2 | Tablespoons | olive oil | |

1/2 | cup | orange juice | |

2 | Tablespoons | honey | |
|
|||
2 | teaspoons | salt | |

4 | Tablespoons | cornstarch, divided | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | orange zest | |
|
|||
2 | oranges, cut into 1/4- inch slices for garnish | ||
|
Heat oil in large skillet. Brown lamb chops over medium heat; 2 minutes on each side.
Combine orange juice, honey, salt, 2 tbsps cornstarch and orange zest.
Brush browned lamb chops with orange mixture and place in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove chops to a serving platter and cover to keep warm.
Orange Sauce:
Turn slow cooker to HIGH setting. Stir together remaining 2 tbsps cornstarch and water and whisk into sauce. Cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens and is hot.
Pour sauce over lamb chops and garnish with orange slices fanned around the serving platter.
